To support in driving Rewards Strategy for the Organization. Lead strategic Projects/Programs in Rewards domain, working closely with Business HR Heads, HR Leaders and Senior Leadership. Be a catalyst in driving digital transformation of C&B function.
Capabilities & Skills
Graduate/MBA with minimum 5 years.
-Mandatory to have an experience in
•Design and Implementation of HR policies & SOPs
•HRIS tool implementation
•Rewards/C&B Strategy – Projects including Benchmarking
Salary Bracket - 10 - 16 lac
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
o Rewards Strategy –
o Analyze market data and provide recommendations for increment decisions.
o Compensation Market Benchmarking
o Develop Salary Ranges
o Support in carving out the rewards and remuneration philosophy for the organization
o End to end support in implementation of sales and variable pay policy
o New initiatives for Employee Benefits including Benefit Indexing
o Manpower Budgeting
o Build guidelines and framework for annual salary increase process and linkage of pay with performance and position
o ESG (Environment Social Governance)
o Support in leading Social part of ESG
o Conceptualize, Develop, Review and Implement Social programs for DIL
o Design, Implement and governance of Social policies
o ESG Dashboard
o Interactive content /videos on ESG for employee awareness
o Web page/HR Newsletter of all the Social initiatives
o HR Policies and SOPs –
o Design and execute end to and HR policies and SOPs.
o Policy Benchmark on regular interval
o HRIS – Identify and roll-out HRIS / automation capabilities in HR process
o Support C&B and HR Shared Services Head in implementing HR Strategy projects
