Summary of Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced US RFP Specialist with a strong background in Bid
Management, Proposal Writing, Proposal Development, US Pricing Models, BAFO preparation,
and SaaS industry practices. The ideal candidate will lead end -to -end proposal cycles, manage
cross -functional stakeholders, and deliver compliant, compelling, and customer -focused
proposals for US -based clients and /commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities by Function:
RFP Management & Bid Strategy
â Lead the complete RFP/RFI/RFQ response lifecycle for US clients from opportunity
evaluation to final submission.
â Analyze RFP requirements, create compliance matrices, and define timelines,
deliverables, and win themes.
â Partner with Sales, Pre -Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, and Executive teams to ensure
proposal accuracy and alignment.
â Conduct bid/no -bid assessments and recommend winning strategies.
Proposal Writing & Development
â Write, edit, and structure persuasive, customer -focused proposal content tailored to US
markets.
â Prepare executive summaries, technical responses, solution overviews, differentiators,
and value propositions.
â Maintain and update content libraries, templates, and standard response materials.
US Pricing & BAFO Preparation
â Develop and analyze US pricing models, cost structures, SaaS subscription pricing, and
multi -year pricing scenarios.
â Prepare Best and Final Offer (BAFO) submissions for state and commercial clients.
â Work with finance teams to ensure compliant, competitive pricing aligned with
profitability targets.
SaaS & Technical Collaboration
â Work closely with Product and Technical teams to translate SaaS capabilities into
proposal -ready content.
â Ensure proposals communicate product features, integrations, deployment models,
security, compliance, and SLAs clearly.
â Stay updated on SaaS trends, competitive landscape, and US procurement standards.
Compliance, Quality & Governance
â Ensure all proposals meet US procurement guidelines, including compliance with state
and commercial standards.
â Implement best practices for version control, content hygiene, and document formatting.
â Conduct quality reviews for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before submission.
Project Management
â Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met.
â Facilitate kickoff meetings, status calls, and review cycles with internal stakeholders.
â Track and maintain historical data, win/loss analysis, and continuous improvement
metrics.
Qualifications:
â 5+ years of overall professional experience
â 5+ years of hands -on experience in Bid & Proposal Management
â RFP/RFI/RFQ Management
â Proposal Writing/Proposal Development
â US Pricing Models (State, SLED, Commercial)
â BAFO development
â Proven experience supporting SaaS -based solutions, cloud platforms, or technology
services proposals, expertise in SaaS pricing, subscription models, and multi -year cost
analysis.
