This role focuses on designing, implementing, and continuously improving a robust risk and compliance framework across OneSCM and the Vodafone Procurement Company, ensuring alignment with group policies, regulatory expectations, and internal control standards while enabling secure and compliant business operations.\n\n## What you will do\n\n### \n\n * Operate and continuously enhance the compliance framework across OneSCM and VPC, aligned to Vodafone\u2019s three lines of defence model.\n * Lead policy governance across Supply Chain Management, including lifecycle management, control testing of high\u2011risk policies, and ongoing monitoring.\n * Develop and maintain the OneSCM process risk and control framework in collaboration with global process owners.\n * Perform regular control testing, including SOX controls, and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digital enablement.\n * Coordinate internal and external audit activities, track audit actions, and drive timely remediation in partnership with relevant stakeholders.\n * Support supplier risk assessment processes in collaboration with Vodafone Group functions and local markets.\n * Promote awareness and adoption of the Doing What\u2019s Right (DWR) programme through training and communication initiatives.\n * Drive continuous improvement and transformation of risk and compliance practices across locations.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n### \n\n * Experienced in risk management, compliance, or internal audit within large organisations or professional services environments.\n * Knowledgeable in SOX, process controls, and compliance frameworks, ideally within telecoms, IT, or complex global environments.\n * Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies, building trusted and effective relationships.\n * Analytical and detail\u2011focused, with the ability to identify control gaps and propose pragmatic mitigation actions.\n * Confident in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
