★ Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and prioritize potential risks and safety issues for high-tech products.
★ Act as a link between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of risk management objectives.
★ Promote the use of structured methodologies like FMEA (DFMEA, PFMEA) to optimize safety, quality, and compliance.
★ Support the development team by providing actionable insights derived from risk assessments and safety analysis reports.
★ Drive the adoption of a risk-first mindset – at the individual, team, and organizational levels, ensuring safety is a core principle. ✔ Qualification: You have a degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive) or related technical fields, and thrive in a talent-driven environment composed of engineers and technical professionals.
✔ Experience: You have up to 1.5 years of experience in product development processes, with a focus on risk and safety management, ideally in a consulting environment.
✔ Communication: You possess confident communication skills to engage with both local and international clients. Business travel excites you and offers a chance to broaden your experience and network.
