About the team: Fraud & Risk Operations
About the role:
● Review, Handle the alerts triggered based on the predefined parameters from the Fraud, Risk
perspective.
● Document the details, analysis outcome, information accurately and thoroughly in the company's
system.
● Analyze gathered information to identify patterns and trends.
● Provide feedback and insights to internal teams based on gathered information.
Expectations/ Requirements:
● Open to work in any shift and 6 days working from office
● Responsible for performing day to day activities on time
● RIsk Review on the basis of Risk Alert
● Manage risk cases covering the investigation and follow-up within the defined time frame.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
● Good verbal and writing skills.
● Proactive and Self driven
● Internal Personal Skills
● Good knowledge of nd MS office
