RPA Developer

Job Overview :

Required Skills:

 ·     3-4 years of experience in design and development of RPA Solutions.

•  Hands-on experience implementing end to end execution of various processes using Attended, Unattended, Development, and non-production bots
  


•  Hands-on experience in Python, Java Script, VB.net, and C# Scripts
  


•  Basic Knowledge in  Hyper automation ( RPA + AI/ML, Gen AI )
  


•  Fluent Knoweldege of Generative AI (Gen AI), large language/vision models (LLM/LVM) & NLP and predictive analytics.
  


•  Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).
  


•  Professional experience in SQL and relational databases
  


•  Knowledge in Developing and Consuming APIs.
  


•  Excellent coding, problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
  

Desirable Technical Knowledge:

 ·      Strong technical knowledge of RPA and Workflow concepts

 ·      Excellent working knowledge on any of the RPA platforms like UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere and Microsoft power automate platforms

•  Implemented different kind of automation tools (E.g. excel, PDF, word, web, desktop applications, reporting tools, data entry, email, etc).
  


•  Programming / scripting knowledge on Python, VBA / VB / java / C# script is a must.
  


•  Excellent MS Office Skills mainly Excel.
  

 ·      Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts

•  Experience in root cause and impact analysis, handling errors using Exception Handling extensively for ease of debugging.
  


•  Build reusable components. Ability to build custom components if necessary.
  


•  Knowledge in Cognitive Automation, AI/ML skills is added advantage.
  

 ·      Experience in Hyper automation (RPA+) technical design with experience implementing enterprise hyper automation solutions within an RPA CoE is added advantages.

(Experience in RPA and associated Advanced OCR, AI, ML, Gen AI, LLM/LVM & NLP platforms)

•  Experience in structured and pattern-based data extraction using web data extraction and export the data to Excel or Database
  

Key Responsibilities:

 ·       Oversee Design, Development and Deployment of RPA bots, ensuring  adherence to performance, Security and Scalability standards

•  Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, ensuring continuous performance and reliability
  


•  Participate in process walkthroughs with stakeholders to understand the requirements in detail.
  


•  Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA development processes and practices
  


•  Perform troubleshooting and debugging of RPA solutions to resolve issues and optimize performance
  

 ·       Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in RPA, providing insights and recommendations to the broader organization.

Additional Job Description:

 ·           Design, Development and Deployment of advanced RPA solutions and manage RPA environments including bot scheduling, monitoring, error handling etc.

 ·           Design, build, and maintain Hyper automation (RPA + AI/ML or Gen AI) solutions for various applications. [i.e Integrate AI/ML Algorithms to enhance RPA capabilities]

 ·           Implement and optimize generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).(e.g., GPT, BERT). [Added Advantage]

 ·           Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed RPA Bots

 ·           Develop and further enhance /optimize existing bots.

 ·           Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA, Hyper automation, AI and machine learning technologies.

 ·           Should be able to design technical specification document for RPA Projects

 ·           Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum work environment
