Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer (Support) with strong expertise in Blue Prism to join our automation support team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing production automation solutions while ensuring smooth business operations

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

â 4–6 years of IT experience with strong hands -on expertise in Blue Prism

â Experience supporting enterprise -grade Blue Prism production environments

â Strong knowledge of:

• Process Studio

• Object Studio

• Work Queues

• Control Room

• Scheduler

• Exception Handling

• Environment Variables

â Experience debugging and resolving production incidents

â Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and reporting

â Knowledge of Windows Server, Excel automation, Web automation, APIs, and file -based integrations

â Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change & Problem Management)

â Strong analytical and communication skills
