This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RPA UI Path based in India.
This role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent automation solutions that improve business efficiency and streamline enterprise processes. You will be responsible for building end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation workflows. The position involves evaluating process complexity, estimating effort, and delivering robust automation designs aligned with business objectives. You will also play a key role in setting up and maintaining RPA infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations across development, testing, and production environments. The role requires strong exposure to cognitive technologies, AI/ML integration, and enterprise infrastructure concepts. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced environment where innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence are highly valued.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
- Analyze business processes, determine automation feasibility, and assess process complexity
- Estimate effort and provide technical specifications across the RPA development lifecycle
- Build and deploy scalable automation workflows aligned with business requirements
- Set up and maintain RPA infrastructure, including development, testing, and production environments
- Monitor and support RPA bots and ensure system stability and performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in automation delivery
- Integrate cognitive services such as OCR and AI/ML capabilities into automation solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions to non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on UiPath experience
- Strong expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and support
- Knowledge of OCR technologies and AI/ML-based automation enhancements
- Experience in infrastructure components such as servers, networks, firewalls, and load balancers
- Ability to maintain and monitor Dev/Test/Prod RPA environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to estimate effort and evaluate process complexity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience preparing proposals and solution documentation for automation projects
