Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure availability and performance.
Drive the resolution of incidents and outages, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
Facilitate the restoration of services in the production environment.
Establish and uphold disaster recovery procedures and data retention practices.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Management.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
