## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm India Private Limited\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Hardware Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nQualcomm WRD team is looking for world-class RTL design engineers looking to work on Network Packet Processor IP , which will be deployed worldwide in our industry leading devices.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * Microarchitecture development and specification. From early high-level architectural exploration, through micro architectural research and arriving at a detailed specification.\n\n * RTL ownership. Development, assessment, and refinement of RTL design to target power, performance, area, and timing goals\n\n * Working collaboratively with block designers, verification, architecture, implementation, and post-silicon teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project execution.\n\n * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, debugging, and identifying issues, providing workarounds, and making recommendations on bug fixes.\n\n * Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing technical guidance to the team\n\n * Leading overall project planning efforts and execution.\n\n\n\n\nSkillset required \n\nThe candidate must have at least 5-8 years of front-end ASIC RTL design experience. The candidate must be strong in design micro-architecture and RTL coding (System Verilog / Verilog / VHDL).\n\n * Experience in Logic design /micro-architecture / RTL coding is a must. \n\n\n\n * Must have hands on experience with SoC design and integration for SoCs. \n\n\n\n * Experience in Verilog/System-Verilog is a must. \n\n\n\n * Should have knowledge of AMBA protocols - AXI, AHB, APB, SoC clocking/reset/debug architecture and peripherals like USB, PCIE and SDCC. \n\n\n\n\nOther requirements include:\n\n * Hands-on experience with multi-clock designs.\n\n * Exposure to synthesis and STA.\n\n * Awareness of low power and high-speed design.\n\n * Knowledge of industry-standard front-end tool flows (lint, CDC, etc.).\n\n * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible to work with multi-geo teams.\n\n\n\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
