JOB PURPOSE : The SAP S/4 Integration Lead is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules, integration technologies, and business processes. The Integration Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA with various internal and external systems.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Integration Strategy and Planning : - Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for SAP S/4 HANA, aligning with business objectives and IT architecture.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define integration goals.System Design and Architecture : - Design end-to-end integration solutions that cover SAP S/4 HANA modules and external systems.- Create integration architecture blueprints and documentation.- Provide integration solutions for implementation of RPA/BOTS with SAP S/4Technical Implementation : - Lead the technical implementation of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Configure and customize SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP/CPI architecture or other relevant middleware tools.Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate integration design decisions.- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.Testing and Quality Assurance : - Develop and execute integration test plans to validate the functionality and performance of integration solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes.Monitoring and Optimization : - Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address integration issues.- Continuously optimize integration processes for improved performance and efficiency.Documentation and Training : - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.- Provide training to end-users and support teams on integration-related processes.- Prepare integration playbooks for cross and future reference including API strategy.Skills and Competencies :- Appx 15 years of proven experience as an SAP S/4 Integration Lead or similar role and at-least for 2 SAP S/4 implementation leading as an Integration Lead- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration tools and technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, etc.) and associated leading practices- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and requirement gathering, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Project management skills and the ability to build and lead a cross-functional global teams (in-house and SI partners/vendors) for on-time, on-budget completion of the projects.- SAP certifications related to integration or relevant modules are a plus.KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES : - Appx 15 years of proven experience as an SAP S/4 Integration Lead or similar role and at-least for 2 SAP S/4 implementation leading as an Integration Lead- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration tools and technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, etc.) and associated leading practices.- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and requirement gathering, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Project management skills and the ability to build and lead a cross-functional global teams (in-house and SI partners/vendors) for on-time, on-budget completion of the projects.- SAP certifications related to integration or relevant modules are a plus.- Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.- Ability to work in a stand-alone role but also employ team skills as you will be working on cross functional projects and activities.- Must be technical to understand back-end database and complexity with ERP integration.- Expert level experience with business process design and refinement- Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs/environments.- Experience within ERP systems such as SAP as well as surround applications- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills- Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.Key Competencies : - Drives Results, Collaboration, Customer focusOTHER INFORMATION- Key internal relationships : Global & Regional Technology Leadership Teams, Regional HR Teams, Regional Leadership Teams.- Key external relationships : External vendors- Travel (Domestic/International) : as required.- Job is primarily performed in a flexible standard office environment.- - (ref:hirist.tech)
