SA1 / Sr. Engg - GTS Run

 Roles & responsibilities 
Manage and support production environments, ensuring application availability, stability, and performance.
Perform and coordinate day-to-day support activities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management, in alignment with ITIL practices and SLA commitments.
Act as a key technical resource for troubleshooting application, infrastructure, and platform-related issues, including root cause analysis.
Execute and validate deployment activities, production releases, and post-release checks to ensure operational readiness.
Support cloud-based environments using Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
Monitor system health, analyze trends, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues using Azure monitoring tools.
Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting application and operational issues.
Coordinate with Engineering, Platform, Security, and Operations teams to support patching, vulnerability remediation, and environment maintenance activities.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools wherever applicable to improve productivity, accelerate troubleshooting, enhance documentation, and drive operational efficiency.
Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality and reduce manual effort.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles while supporting audit, compliance, and disaster recovery activities.
Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools wherever applicable to enhance productivity, efficiency, problem-solving, and knowledge management activities.

Educational qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
