Job Description - SaaS Growth Partner BDM for Bangalore

Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
Location: Bangalore (On-field Role)
Industry: SaaS (Software as a Service)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through on-ground sales activities, specifically by engaging with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Company Secretaries (CSs) across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the CA and CS community in Bangalore.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demos, and presentations to promote SaaS solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure a smooth onboarding and support process.

  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the sales leadership.



Requirements

  • Minimum ​3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with on-field experience.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in dealing with senior professionals like CAs and CSs.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of financial services or experience dealing with finance professionals is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Existing network or prior engagement with CAs and CSs in Bangalore is an added advantage.
