SAC Telecom line Maintenance engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot telephone lines and related communication systems at SAC.
  
• Attend telephone line complaints and breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Identify and rectify issues related to telephone wiring, extensions, connections, and line faults.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance of telephone lines and associated equipment.
  
• Test telephone lines using appropriate tools and equipment.
  
• Maintain service records, complaint reports, and maintenance logs.
  
• Coordinate with the SAC team for service requests and maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure minimum downtime and proper functioning of all telephone lines under the AMC.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related field.
  
• Hands-on experience in telephone line maintenance, wiring, and fault troubleshooting.
  
• Basic knowledge of EPABX/intercom systems will be an advantage.
  
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and attend service calls promptly.
  
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
