Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety cum Store Officer to manage site safety and material inventory for ELV projects, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Structured Cabling, PA/VA, and other low-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Management

• 
  

  Implement site safety policies, HSE procedures, and applicable safety regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct site inspections, HIRA/JHA, safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure PPE compliance and safe working practices during cable pulling, drilling, ladder work, work at height, and equipment installation.

  
  


• 
  

  Report and investigate incidents, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actions.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain safety records and coordinate fire safety, emergency response, and first-aid arrangements.

  
  

Store & Material Management

• 
  

  Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and return of ELV materials, tools, equipment, and PPE.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain records of materials received, issued, consumed, remaining at site, returned, and available in stock.

  
  


• 
  

  Track material issued to technicians, helpers, and contractors and collect unused or excess materials after work completion.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct physical stock verification and report shortages, damage, wastage, and discrepancies.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain material issue slips, stock registers, tool records, and daily/weekly/monthly consumption reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams for material requirements and replenishment.

  
  

Qualification & Experience

• 
  

  Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Safety, or a related field preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in site safety, store management, or inventory control in the ELV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, electrical, or construction sector.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of HSE procedures, HIRA/JHA, PPE, incident reporting, inventory management, and material reconciliation.

  
  


• 
  

  NEBOSH IGC / IOSH and ISO 45001 knowledge preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills and MS Excel proficiency required.

  
  

Required Skills

Strong coordination, communication, documentation, organizational skills, material accountability, and a safety-focused approach.

Additional Requirement: Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations across India as required.
