Job Description - Safety Officer

Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to minimize risk.
Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and national safety regulations (e.g., OSHA)

Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions or practices.

Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, near -misses, and occupational diseases to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Training & Education: Organize and deliver safety training, drills, and workshops for employees.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of incidents, inspections, and training programs.

Policy Development: Create and update safety protocols, emergency response plans, and safety procedures
