Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Policy Implementation:

• Develop, implement, and update the company’s safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

1. Site Inspections and Audits:

• Conduct regular inspections of properties and project sites to identify hazards.
• Prepare detailed safety audit reports and recommend corrective actions.

1. Training and Education:

• Organize safety training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all personnel are familiar with emergency protocols and safety standards.

1. Incident Response and Reporting:

• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety-related incidents.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.

1. Equipment and Material Safety:

• Monitor the use of safety equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Verify that materials used in construction and operations meet safety standards.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers, property managers, and contractors to enforce safety measures.
• Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies during inspections.

1. Risk Assessment:

• Conduct risk assessments for new projects and ongoing operations.
• Develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
