  Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs at the construction site.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers and visitors on site.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site staff and labour.

  
  


• 
  

  Report and document accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; assist in investigations and corrective actions.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management to maintain safe working conditions.

  
  


• 
  

  Display and maintain safety signages, emergency procedures, and fire prevention systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain safety records, checklists, and compliance reports as per statutory norms.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with all local and national safety regulations (Factories Act, Building & Construction Codes, etc.).

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  

  Diploma / Degree in Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety (mandatory).

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or construction safety management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and government regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and observation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Certification in First Aid / Fire Safety preferred.
