Job Description - Saffronart - Senior Manager Client Relations

Festivals from India is hiring for their client Saffronart a Senior Manager – Client Relations. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth, strengthening high -value client relationships, and leading sourcing and sales initiatives across auctions, private sales, and exhibitions. This role requires a commercially driven professional with deep client networks, strong operational oversight, and the ability to collaborate cross -functionally to execute successful sales. The incumbent will act as a senior representative of the organization, managing key consignors and collectors while contributing to business development strategy.

About Saffronart:

Founded in 2000, Saffronart is India’s largest high -end auction platform, specialising in the sale of fine -art, jewellery, antiquities, collectibles, rare objects, and prime properties. Saffronart is an omni -channel platform, marketing and auctioning via its websites Saffronart.com and StoryLTD.com and related mobile apps, as well as via physical auctions that are live -streamed on the internet for online bidding. Saffronart has set several global records for e -auctions and m -commerce, with its flagship auctions having an average selling price of several lakhs of rupees, and top

artworks selling for several crores each.

Saffronart is headquartered in Mumbai, with offices in Delhi, London and New York. The company serves a global client base through its offices and online presence.

Please note:

The vetting process for this role comprises 2 -3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
Festivals From India is hiring for this role on behalf of our client.
This is an on -site, full -time position based in Delhi.
Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7–10+ years of experience in auctions, art sales, luxury sales, or high -value client management
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated leadership and cross -functional coordination skills
Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
Experience handling consignments and high -value negotiations.
Strong understanding of the Indian art market and collector landscape is preferred.
