Job Description - Sales

Sales Target

  • Responsible for managing NRI sales for the organization and overlook retail sales for Wadala site
  • Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
  • Responsible for achievement for sales target in terms of no. of flats sold for NRI clients and retail clients

    • P & L Management

  • Ensure target driven sales of flats as per the pricing as decided by management
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and banks
  • Responsible for Reduction of Voluntary customer booking cancellation and increase customer retention.
  • Business Intelligence Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects
  • Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability
  • Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same

    • Customer Relations

  • Ensure customer grievances are addressed on timely manner
  • Ensure timely Redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
  • Ensure proper documentation for all clients
