Contribute to F&F Ingredients business growth, through account management and business development support to INDIA Sales team, and process digital transformation Work hand-in-hand with your commercial counterparts to grow business in India and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate business support activities with internal métiers (sampling, customer care,Planning, Productoin, T&D, regulatory, etc), building network to ensure good communication flow and smart processes Proactively suggest and optimize sales processes through digital Manage commercial data in SAP (MDM, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, product portfolio, etc), as well as contracts, price lists, regulatory documents etc. Take care of day to day client requests, while focusing on business added value services Be proactive in anticipating for future needs by maintaining a cross functional view Be active in business development: build direct customer relationships for smaller accounts, qualify commercial leads and follow-up on conversion through digital tools Analyze data, run reports and propose action plans Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly remotely) and with all functions internally (customer care, planning, regulatory, legal, etc.)
