About OneMetric and Role Overview:
At OneMetric/, we are on a mission to provide comprehensive and easily executable go-to-market strategies to US, UK, and Europe-based SaaS companies reducing their time to market and revenue cycles. We are already doing so through HubSpot, Salesforce, and content marketing, and moving at a fast pace toward other tech stacks and capabilities.
We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their CRM tools by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting. We own the system so that they get to think about what their business needs next.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Execute strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Foster strong client relationships by maintaining positive client interactions.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic account plans and goals, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and our company's offerings.
Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal and expansion.
Build relationships to extract good feedback from clients. Generate testimonials, resolve any flags beforehand and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling complementary services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service and support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving client satisfaction and success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve goals and deliver results.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite will be advantageous for us.
If the concerned person has prior experience in working with a marketing agency, it will be a plus.

Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
