Sales - Account Representative

Job Summary

CADFEM is looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales to join our Sales team. This role is designed for fresh MBA graduates with an engineering background who aspire to build a long-term career in technical and solution-based sales. The program offers structured training, hands-on exposure, and clear growth opportunities within CADFEM.

Eligibility

2025-26 pass-outs.

Strong interest in B2B / Technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, and opportunity tracking.
  


• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  


• Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools.
  


• Learn and understand CADFEM's products, solutions, and target industries.
  


• Participate in client meetings, demos, and review discussions (as exposure increases).
  


• During the training period, trainees will undergo structured training in sales processes, CRM tools, business communication, and mentorship, with regular performance evaluations.
