We are looking for a Sales Admin & Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle payments from Enterprise customers.

As a Sales Admin & Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

  • You will ensure the correct customer invoicing in connection with the Sales team, and the invoices provision (emails, e-invoicing platforms, ..) create or update subscriptions, update billing information, find technical solutions with the IT team for specific cases…
  • You will also participate in the reconciliation of accounts receivable for wire transfers, as well as the reconciliation of invoices and cash collection in connection with our Financial Data Analysts and Finance Managers
  • You will contribute to updating the payments on our platform
  • You will be responsible for several customers of cash collection
  • You will take care of the customer reminders whitby setting up automatic recovery procedures and monitoring
  • You will be in charge of the follow-up of the receivables and ageing trial balance and you will report some KPIs (DSO…) and a specific analytical review of the ageing balance
  • You will also have to work closely with your colleagues to define best practices, find improvements to win efficiency and accuracy on A/R processes
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role in a growing business, with a high volume and diversity of clients (SAAS business experience will be a plus)
  • Result-driven and impact-oriented mindset
  • Quality of embracing change, can take a step back, prioritise, and focus on added-value tasks
  • Fluent communication skills & proactive personality 
  • Familiar with the use of various software (billing, payment gateways, accounting...) - Chargebee can be a plus
  • Interview Process:

  • Round 1  - Team Interview via Google Meet (60mins)
  • Round 2 -  Team Interview via In-Person/F2F (60 mins)
  • Round 3 - Hiring Manager Interview via Google Meet (45 mins)
  • Round 4 -  HR round (30mins)
