Sell SQLeads’ sales -as -a -service offerings to new B2B clients, and
Run outbound campaigns for clients who sell products like Atlassian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.
You’ll manage everything from prospecting to outreach, qualification, and appointment setting — using email, LinkedIn, and CRM automation.
This is a high -ownership, growth -track role for someone who understands B2B SaaS sales and marketing and wants to scale both the agency and its clients.
1. For SQLeads (Internal Growth)
Identify and reach out to potential SaaS / IT clients who can use SQLeads’ lead -gen & SDR services.
Create and run outbound email & LinkedIn campaigns to bring new clients.
Qualify prospects, conduct intro calls, and coordinate with the founder for closures.
2. For Clients (Execution & Delivery)
Manage outreach campaigns promoting clients’ products (Atlassian, Salesforce, etc.) to enterprise buyers.
Build prospect lists via Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
Write and test email/LinkedIn sequences to improve open and response rates.
Schedule meetings and demos for client sales teams.
Maintain dashboards and CRM (Zoho / HubSpot) for all live campaigns.
3. Reporting & Coordination
Track KPIs: open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced.
Share weekly performance reports with the Founder and clients.
Collaborate on refining messaging, ICP, and campaign cadence.
2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS / IT sales, business development, or lead generation.
Proven record of running email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns (Instantly, Lemlist, Dripify, etc.).
Strong communication & presentation skills for global (US/EMEA) clients.
Experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Analytical mindset — able to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Base Salary: Best in Industry (depending on experience)

Direct exposure to founder -level strategy and GTM operations
