We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to support the growth of our business by generating leads, acquiring new clients and enhancing brand visibility. You will be responsible for executing B2B sales strategies, managing client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives to position Black & Grey HR as a top-tier recruitment partner in the market.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and regions.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to generate and convert leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Present service offerings to clients and develop customized proposals.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and create content for social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
- Support brand-building efforts through events, partnerships, and PR activities.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (or currently pursuing final semester).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
