Job Description - Sales & Marketing Manager

We are hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for a hospitality -focused role involving business development, corporate sales, guest engagement strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.

• Drive room revenue, banquet sales, and corporate business development

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for hotel growth

• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners

• Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital visibility, and brand positioning

• Monitor occupancy trends, competitor activity, and revenue opportunities

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

• Hospitality industry experience preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Experience in corporate sales, banquets, or hotel marketing initiatives

• Commercial understanding of revenue generation and market positioning

• Self -driven professional with leadership capabilities
