Sales & Marketing Manager

We are
looking for an aggressive and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager
to develop corporate, institutional and bulk-sales opportunities for a growing
restaurant and food business.

The
ideal candidate will be a hunter rather than an account-maintenance
salesperson, with the ability to identify decision-makers, open new accounts
and build relationships with corporate and institutional clients.

Key
Responsibilities

• Drive corporate and
  institutional bulk sales.
  
• Develop business
  around major festival and gifting cycles, including Diwali and Raksha
  Bandhan.
  
• Identify and approach
  large corporate accounts and key decision-makers.
  
• Build relationships
  with HR, purchase and administration heads.
  
• Break into accounts
  currently serviced by competing vendors.
  
• Develop new
  institutional relationships and revenue channels.
  
• Plan and execute
  festival-driven corporate sales campaigns.
  
• Represent the brand
  professionally in client-facing interactions.
  
• Generate repeat
  business through relationship management.
  
• Coordinate with
  Operations to ensure successful execution of corporate orders.
  
• Identify new sales
  opportunities and develop a strong corporate sales pipeline.
  
• Contribute ideas for
  improving the brand’s corporate and institutional presence.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of
  relevant sales/business-development experience.
  
• Strong B2B/corporate
  sales background preferred.
  
• Proven ability to
  acquire new clients rather than only manage existing accounts.
  
• Strong communication,
  negotiation and influencing skills.
  
• Comfortable
  approaching senior corporate stakeholders.
  
• Highly target-oriented
  and commercially aware.
  
• Strong local-market
  networking ability.
  
• Experience in F&B,
  hospitality, gifting, FMCG or related sectors would be an advantage.
