Sales and Marketing support executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a entry level Sales Support Executive to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries. Ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and prospects via email and calls.
• Manage sales pipeline with a CRM
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Skills Required

• Technical experience is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Cold calling and cold emailing experience is a plus
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to search and find relevant information on the internet
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Content writing and graphic design skills are a big plus
• Experience in international sales and marketing is a big plus
