Job Description - Sales & Training Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Training Manager to lead and scale our field sales team and drive customer conversions. The candidate will manage field sales executives, provide structured training, improve sales performance, and ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Track field team performance, customer visits, conversions, and revenue.

Coach field executives on sales pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls to provide feedback.

Manage onboarding, sales training, and role-play sessions.

Ensure timely lead visits and consistent follow-ups.

Support the team in handling challenging customer meetings and key accounts.

Identify gaps in field sales processes and implement improvements.

Prepare territory-wise performance reports and share insights with management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

4–7 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or on-ground customer acquisition.

At least 2 years of experience managing a large field sales team across territories.

Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

Good understanding of field sales operations, territory planning, and customer conversion.

Ability to hire, train, coach, and motivate field sales executives.

Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership of results.

Experience using CRM tools, field tracking applications, and sales reporting systems.

Willingness to travel as required.

Healthcare or health-tech industry experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Field sales productivity.

Customer conversion rate.

Achievement of sales targets.

Lead follow-up efficiency.

Team training effectiveness.

Territory-wise revenue growth.
