We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is positive and every sales opportunity is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Proactively drive sales by engaging customers and upselling or cross-selling products.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

🔹 Product Knowledge & Display

• Stay updated on the latest products, services, and market trends.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring product displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise on shelves.
• Ensure timely replenishment of inventory and report stock issues to the store manager.

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.

🔹 Operational Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring the store is ready for business at all times.
• Support the team in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or service industries.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tracking or POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in handling store promotions, loyalty programs, or digital tools is advantageous.
