Role Overview

A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products or services, and driving sales. They ensure a positive customer experience while helping the business achieve its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services


• Achieve individual and store sales targets


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions


• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions


• Process sales transactions (billing, payments, returns)


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area


• Stock shelves and manage inventory levels


• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue

Qualifications
