Job Description - Sales Associate & Anaylst- ISD










This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Associate & Analyst – ISD in India.


This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, sales enablement, and commercial analytics, focused on driving growth across a diverse product portfolio. You will be responsible for designing and executing demand generation initiatives, supporting product launches, and optimizing pricing strategies to improve market performance. The position requires a strong mix of analytical thinking and commercial execution, with direct impact on revenue growth and portfolio profitability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, supply chain, and finance in a matrix environment. The role also involves managing marketing operations, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact position where strategic planning meets hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2B environment.










Accountabilities:



  • Drive demand generation initiatives by developing and executing integrated campaigns to increase pipeline growth and conversions.

  • Plan and implement targeted activation programs across digital, field, and partner channels.

  • Support sales teams in aligning marketing efforts with customer acquisition and revenue objectives.

  • Manage and optimize product portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and rationalization needs.

  • Lead end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) activities, including go-to-market strategy, positioning, and execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch performance tracking.

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies based on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.

  • Ensure pricing governance, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies while supporting margin improvement.

  • Manage marketing operations including budgeting, planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting.

  • Build dashboards and deliver insights to stakeholders to support continuous optimization.

  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, tools, and automation.


Requirements:



  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.

  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial, or technology sectors.

  • Strong experience in demand generation, portfolio management, and product launch execution.

  • Proven analytical skills with exposure to pricing strategy, performance tracking, and market analysis.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix organizational environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.

  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in tools for reporting, analysis, and marketing operations is an advantage.
