We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team at our premium Furniture & Home Décor stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand and play a crucial role in delivering a superior in-store experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales by understanding customer needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring each customer leaves with products they love. A keen interest in interior design, home styling, or furnishings is a plus, but most importantly, we're seeking individuals who are proactive, personable, and eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable furniture and home décor items that match customer tastes and requirements.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features, pricing, and current promotions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-organized showroom.
• Process transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
• Stay updated with new product arrivals, trends in home décor, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• 0–6 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or any client-facing role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Passion for home décor, interior styling, or furniture is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• High level of enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
