As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand and play a crucial role in delivering a superior in-store experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales by understanding customer needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring each customer leaves with products they love. A keen interest in interior design, home styling, or furnishings is a plus, but most importantly, we're seeking individuals who are proactive, personable, and eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Recommend suitable furniture and home décor items that match customer tastes and requirements.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features, pricing, and current promotions.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-organized showroom.
Process transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
Stay updated with new product arrivals, trends in home décor, and industry insights.
Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
0–6 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or any client-facing role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
Passion for home décor, interior styling, or furniture is a strong plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
High level of enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems and CRM tools.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
