Sales Associate ( US | UK )

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to handle inbound sales for the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert inbound inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from the US and UK markets.


• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.


• Conduct product demonstrations and virtual sales meetings.


• Present product solutions and address customer queries effectively.


• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.


• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.


• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.


• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Inbound B2B Sales or International Sales.


• Experience handling customers from the US and/or UK markets.


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.


• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.


• Experience conducting product demos and virtual client meetings.


• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.


• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.


• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
