What You’ll Do

• Conduct video consultations with clients to understand their needs.
• Recommend personalized wellness plans based on customer profiles.
• Handle objections and close sales through consultative conversations.
• Resolve client queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in core sales (inside/telesales preferred).
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• Background in life sciences or healthcare is an added advantage.
