Job Description - Sales Consultant

Job Description/Profile Description* Client Engagement:Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Provide personalized property solutions based on client requirements.* Property Presentation:Showcase properties to potential buyers through effective presentations and property tours. Highlight key features and benefits of each property to facilitate informed decision-making.* Negotiation and Deal Closure:Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial interest to closing the deal.* Market Knowledge:Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information to support their decision-making process.* Documentation Support:Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for property transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of paperwork.* Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries.* Achieve Sales Targets:Work towards and exceed set sales targets to contribute to the overall success of Mumbai Homes.* Core Skills & Experience Requirements:Proven track record in real estate sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market. Self-motivated and result-oriented.* Personal Characteristics:Enthusiastic and passionate about real estate sales. Goal-driven with a determination to achieve and exceed targets. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.Qualification : Graduate/ MBAExperience : Fresher MBA or 1 year experienceLocation : Ghatkopar WestWork Area : Central Line
