: Job Description : •Sales KPI setting and monitoring , ROI calculation for the productivity of the sales person and address the deviations •Sales pipe line review and maintaining a high quality pipeline •Steer strategic sales projects run by HOS •CIS country administrator, Generating monthly reports of Lost & Gained customers, review customer erosion and address with concerned sales managers •Training /Develop and analyze CIS reports and dashboard for management. Target setting for wins and pipeline / detailed review with RO Management •Dashboard and Reports, Trade Lanes / customer verticals to be focused •Country & sales dashboard creation for MD •Business Development strategy to achieve KPIs •Steer customer automation projects - EDI Interface , Digitalisation, automated DSR's •Ensure the integrity of Sales Reporting data and controls such that information provided is relevant and timely •Weekly Reports for Management Review and Creating & maintaining Sales Reports analysis •Monitor performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analysis between actuals, Budget, forecast etc for all Products •Key role in annual budgeting exercise for Business development •Identifying New Customers base and growth strategy by coordinating with product and Area sales •Identifying gap in Budget vs Achieved GP to assist Management and Sales to improve pipeline •Customer trending analysis to define down- trading / up- trading / New customers with waterfall graphs •Contribute to CIS process improvements and efficiency InitiativesShare this job with your friends
