Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail -oriented and proactive sales coordinator for domestics and export sales to manage and coordinate the export of goods and services from our company to international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with export regulations, preparing documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and customers, and supporting the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Order Management: Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely payments.
  • - Sales Order Processing: Generate sales orders based on quotes and PIs, working closely with the sales team to facilitate inbound enquiries.
  • - Logistics Coordination: Manage international shipments from order placement to delivery, coordinating with logistics partners and clients.
  • - Documentation: Verify and prepare export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, COA, and shipping instructions.
  • - Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments to ensure on -time delivery, updating clients regularly on status.
  • - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare regular reports on enquiry follow -ups.
  • - Project Support: Assist sales executives with export -related projects, providing support as needed.
  • - Client Relationship Management: Handle queries and resolve complaints from international clients professionally, fostering strong relationships.

Core Objectives:

  • - Ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery
  • - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to drive export growth and success


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • * Bachelor’s degree
  • * Freshers are eligible, Proven experience (1–2 years) in export sales coordination (preferred )
  • * Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.(Preferred)
  • * Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and trade compliance.(Preferred)
  • * Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP,Zoho) is an advantage.
  • * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • * Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
