Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, client communication, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing industries and strong coordination skills to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  


• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports using ERP systems and Salesforce.
  


• Identify potential business opportunities and support market research activities.
  


• Coordinate with existing clients, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
  


• Schedule meetings, track sales progress, and manage sales-related documentation.
  


• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  


• Generate sales reports and provide timely updates to management.
  


• Maintain records of offers sent, purchase orders received, and related updates in Excel.
  


• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, dispatches, and other sales activities.
  


• Participate in regular sales meetings and prepare activity plans.
  

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination or Business Development roles.
  


• Diploma or Graduate qualification in any discipline.
  


• Preferred industry experience in manufacturing sectors such as steel, mining, glass, cement, engineering, automobile, foundries, minerals, or chemicals.
  


• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Salesforce, and MS Excel.
  


• Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills.
  


• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
  


• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  


• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
