Job Description - Sales coordinator

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk -ins.

Coordinate with sales managers and site teams regarding leads and client visits.

Maintain daily sales reports, lead data, and follow -up records.

Schedule site visits and meetings for clients.

Prepare quotations, price lists, booking forms, and sales documents.

Follow up with clients for bookings, payments, and documentation.

Update CRM software with customer details and sales progress.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Handle customer feedback and resolve basic queries professionally.

Support management in achieving sales targets and smooth operations.
