Job Description - Sales Coordinator




ROLE OVERVIEW:




The Sales Coordinator is the central point of coordination between our salespeople, the design



team, the factory and external suppliers. They own every order from the moment a request



comes in until it is fully handed over to production and the salesperson has what they need.



This is not a messenger or pure communication role — the coordinator is expected to take full



responsibility for each task, drive it forward, follow up relentlessly, and make sure every detail



is correct and nothing falls through the cracks.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




• Design requests — raise design requests on behalf of the salesperson and make sure the



requirements are communicated to the designer clearly and completely.



• Follow-up on design — track each design request, follow up with the designer, and ensure



the design is completed correctly and on time.



• Returning designs — share the completed design back with the salesperson and manage



the feedback loop.



• Revisions — handle the full revision cycle the same way: communicate changes clearly,



follow up, and confirm the updated design is delivered on time.



• Job orders — create accurate job orders on our ERP system once a design and order are



confirmed.



• Production briefing — inform production of all specific details and requirements for each



job so it can be made correctly.



• Supplier / outsourcing liaison — when a project needs something specific from an outside



supplier, contact them, follow up, and make sure we get exactly what is required.



• Pricing support — price items for the salesperson using our internal costing tools so they



can quote their clients.



• Delivery & logistics — coordinate delivery and logistics so orders reach clients on time.



• Records — maintain accurate, up-to-date records across every order and interaction.



• Smooth communication — keep communication flowing perfectly and smoothly between



all channels — sales, design, production, suppliers and logistics.




SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:




• Prior experience in sales coordination, order processing, customer service or a similar



back-office operations role.



• Comfortable working with an ERP or order-management system (training on our system



will be provided).



• Excellent written and spoken English.



• Strong with numbers and able to follow a structured pricing process accurately.
