About the Opportunity
Devdort operates in the fast-paced B2B SaaS and digital commerce sector, helping global brands streamline sales operations and scale revenue through automation and intelligent pipeline management. We empower sales teams with tools that turn leads into conversions—fast. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our GTM engine, ensuring flawless execution across sales ops, CRM hygiene, and cross-functional alignment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales pipeline hygiene: update CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), track deal stages, and flag blockers to managers daily.


• Coordinate internal sales enablement: schedule demo slots, prep battle cards, and distribute competitor intel to AEs and SDRs.


• Process quote-to-cash workflows: generate LOIs, manage contract routing, and sync billing data with finance for faster invoicing.


• Build and maintain sales dashboards: pull KPIs on pipeline velocity, win/loss rates, and conversion stats for weekly leadership reviews.


• Act as liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success: sync campaign responses, manage lead handoffs, and track SLA compliance.


• Automate routine tasks using Zapier/Make.com to reduce manual work and free up AEs for high-value outreach.
