Job Description - Sales Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project backend sales coordination, planning, completion, client handling and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent communication, email management, and discipline about maintaining a tasks list and following that rigorously every day.ResponsibilitiesWorking on sales quotations with sales team (Assist with estimation, bidding process)Work with sales team, project managers and client to log the order in system and process it with all departmentsPreparing sales orders for goods dispatchesManage all project process coordination with teams which includes follow up with warehouse, logistics, procurement and finance teamWork with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Sales Person, Finance Person for coordination of goods dispatch, billing and receivable collectionPrepare project schedule, risk analysis and manage deadlinesClient Bill Submission and Civil DocumentationManaging petty cash, office administrationPreparing MIS ReportsEffectively communicate project progress to key stakeholdersQualifications and ExpectationsGraduate degree (MBA Passed out candidates will be preference who holds bachelor degree)Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant project sales coordination experienceStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skills, personality, self-confidence, command specially in dealing with internal departments and client is a must for this openingShould be well versed in English, Hindi (Written and Spoken English both should be very good), if speaks Marathi then it’s a plusShould have good knowledge about billings and paperwork, GSTShould be well versed in Microsoft Excel, OutlookThis profile will be office/desk-based working at Chembur (Mumbai)
