The candidate should be able to review and study tenders/RFP’s/RFQ’s etc at Prequalification stage, Prepare Checklist, Prepare & Process EMD, Tender Fee, POA, PBG request & ensure timely acknowledgment for Participating in the BID, working on Technical Bid Preparation with help of Solution Architect / Specialist and Account team. Following up with team for MAF, Data Sheets, Helping to Submit Online/ Offline tenders, Attending Tender Opening, Reverse Auction document preparation by coordinating with Sr. Mgt. team. /2. Help business team getting registered on customer portal, preparing & setting our system for online bid submission etc.3. Help team for Tender preparation/Submission Execution of their Order, SLA, NDA & MSA etc. Timely following up with all the stake holders as per the business need & requirement.4. Maintaining database tracking results of all Bid proposals, order processed.5. Preparing Service Level Agreement (SLA), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).6. Ensuring timely Invoicing, delivery of material, Invoice Submission to Customer along with Necessary Documents.7. Timely raising & follow-up for all the EMD/BG request, Doing Follow-up for timely collection/Refund of EMD/BG's & customer Payment.8. Effective co-ordination with Sales, Projects, SCM, Finance & Other Teams.9. Vendor Coordination, Vendor Registration, SITL Registration with Customer on their Portal.10. Helping team before and after Events – Preparing EDM’s, Customer List, Calls Customers for registration, EDM’s mailer, Consolidating customer data base leads & requirements.11. Managing backend all the sales related activity of the company by completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.13. Efficiently interacting with all inter-departments team for co-ordination14. Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly publishing & Maintaining of Sales MIS report.15. Coordinating with Sales, Support and Operations teams.16. Processing Purchase Order with all the necessary approval. Take help from Sales team.17. Helping in Commercial & Proforma Invoice submissions.18. Keeping records of Project Sign off, I-Notes & DC collection.19. Help Sales team to Customer queries on time.20. Attend required training based on the responsibilities.Requirements:1. Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferable with a management qualification) with 5-10years of experience with an IT Organization in similar role.2. Should have min 5 years plus experience in Coordinating with Business team, Delivery & Pre-sales, Sales Operation and Finance team etc.3. Proven track record in Tender/RFP/RFQ Bid coordination, document preparation, submission and follow-up etc.4. Excellent listening and presentation skills.5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.6. Solid experience on MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Power point.)7. Experience of engaging with business and IT functions in customer organizations.8. Should have ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level.9. Should have basic IT (Licensing / Server / Storage / Networking / Security / Backup) or Application Solutions understanding. Also knowledge on digital transformation solutions like IOT/Mobility/BI will be added advantage.
