Job Description - Sales Coordinator and Telesales

The Sales Coordinator & Telesales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating daily operations, managing client communication, and generating leads through telesales activities. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or telesales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow -up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and customer -oriented approach.
