We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Associate to support our revenue engine by engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and enabling smooth handoffs to the sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn sales fundamentals, customer communication, and business development in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in shaping early customer experiences and pipeline quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Engagement & Outreach
Initiate contact with prospective customers via calls, emails, and other outreach channels
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
Understand customer needs at a high level and position the right solutions
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities
Schedule meetings or demos for the field or closing sales team
Ensure accurate lead status updates and smooth handover of qualified opportunities
Sales Operations & Coordination
Maintain clean and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support deal progression
Assist with basic sales reporting and pipeline tracking
Learning & Performance Growth
Learn sales processes, scripts, objection handling, and product positioning
Work towards individual and team targets with consistent performance improvement
Incorporate feedback from senior team members to improve communication and conversion effectiveness
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong spoken communication skills and confidence interacting with new people
Willingness to learn sales techniques and work in a goal-oriented setup
Basic comfort with computers, CRM tools, or spreadsheets
