Job Description - Sales Development Representative

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential restaurant owners and managers to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Research and identify qualified leads across the food & beverage sector using targeted outreach strategies.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and readiness to move forward.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new prospects, building rapport and understanding key challenges.
  • Clearly communicate Zoho’s value proposition and align solutions to customer -specific pain points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to attend discovery and product demonstration meetings.
  • Document client requirements and insights during meetings to support the sales process.
  • Draft comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) documents based on client needs and internal input.
  • Coordinate with cross -functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
  • Review internal rate cards and assist in preparing basic commercial proposals.
  • Support negotiation discussions under guidance from senior sales personnel.
  • Deliver confident, client -focused presentations that simplify complex product features into relatable benefits.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR, or business development, preferably within SaaS or IT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi; proficiency.
  • Proven ability to understand business challenges and match them with appropriate Zoho solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem (including Zoho CRM, Analytics, Projects, and Books) is highly advantageous.
  • Tech -savvy, self -driven, and focused on achieving individual and team targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines efficiently.
