Sales development is one of the most critical processes an organisation can build to deliver a consistent, seamless, and efficient revenue machine. Nutanix (NTNX) is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a pivotal role in the generation of pipeline. This will be accomplished by connecting with prospects supplied by marketing teams on a one-to-one basis and through multiple communication avenues e.g., calling, LinkedIn messages, emails etc. You will also work closely with field sales to break open key target whitespace accounts all of which are critical for the company’s continued growth. The most successful SDRs seek out opportunities by building rapport with prospects, taking the time to understand the customer environment, educating them on our solution in order to facilitate closing deals.
About the Team
At Nutanix, you will be part of the Inside Sales team, comprised of 6 SDRs based across different locations in the APJ region, including ASEAN, India, Taiwan, and Japan. Our team culture values collaboration, continuous improvement, resilience, and ethical practices, all of which contribute to our collective success in driving sales and achieving our goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales. The work setup for this role is hybrid, with an expectation for the candidate to be present in the office in Jakarta for at least 2-3 days a week to collaborate closely with stakeholders.
There are no travel requirements for this role as it primarily focuses on remote engagement with clients and prospects.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
