Job Description - Sales Development Representative


We look for a results-driven SDR (Sales Development Representative) to actively seek new business opportunities, and engage and build relationships with potential customers.



Responsibilities

  1. Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
  2. Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
  3. Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  4. Presenting service information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  5. Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  6. Work closely with sales teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools.
  7. Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  8. Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.


Requirements and Qualifications

  1.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers worldwide
  2. Persuasive and goal-oriented
  3. Self-motivated and self-directed
  4. Knowledge of end-to-end sales process
  5. Good experience in software sales; IT services sales experience preferred
  6. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
  7. Qualification: Graduate degree or equivalent
